I am a psychologist and psychotherapist, interested in the workings of the human psyche, the underlying motivations that drive our behaviors, and the intricacies of our emotional experiences.

My journey into psychology began with my enrollment at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw, where I dedicated five years to earning a master’s degree.

Complementing this academic foundation, I undertook an extensive four-year training program in psychotherapy, aligned with the rigorous standards set forth by the European Association of Psychotherapy. This training took place at an institute accredited by both the Polish Psychological Association and the Polish Psychiatric Association, which holds membership in the esteemed European Group Analytic Training Network.

For over two decades, I have been committed to assisting individuals grappling with emotional challenges and personality disorders. My approach to therapy is rooted in providing a safe space for clients to explore their concerns, offering them support, acceptance, and empowering them to enact positive changes in their lives.

I have completed:
